Administration Officer (part-time)

The Tenants Information Service (TIS) has an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administration Officer to join our local project team in East Lothian.

  • Salary: £17,815 (per annum full time) – £8,144.00 (per annum pro rata)
  • Hours: 16 hours per week
  • Location: TIS East Lothian Project Office, Musselburgh

TIS are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team and build on our success for the future within our East Lothian Tenant Development Project.

The project is based in Musselburgh and is a partnership between East Lothian Council, tenant representatives and TIS. The post will be responsible for providing administrative support to the local TIS Development Project Officers to meet the aims and objectives for the project.

The ideal candidate must have achieved HNC level in public/business administration or other appropriate qualification. They will also have experience in administrative systems and procedures, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programmes.
