We want to hear from you. The Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) is carrying out a consultation on proposed changes to how it regulates Social Housing Landlords due to the COVID–19 pandemic.
The SHR recognises that in response to the pandemic, landlords, have had to make changes to how they deliver and monitor services. This will in turn impact how performance is assessed and reported to tenants, customers, Elected and Board Members, and the SHR.
TIS plans to submit a response to the consultation based on member views, so we are pleased to invite you to complete our short survey to help shape our reply.
