Recently, Wishaw and District Housing Association Customer Panel got together to discuss their next steps for an upcoming scrutiny project. The team are set to work in collaboration with their landlord to look into the tendering process for a new kitchen replacement programme and are thrilled to have their say in the decision making process.
TIS Development Director, Lynda Johnstone, is currently working with the team, providing guidance and independent advice on how best to tackle this new project.
Scrutiny activities will include meeting with the suppliers to discuss sample choices, attending presentations and taking part in discussions with the Quantity Surveyor and Wishaw and District’s maintenance team – and it doesn’t stop there! The team will also shape the customer satisfaction survey that will be distributed after the new kitchens have been installed to assess the quality of work.
