The Tenants Information Service are pleased to announce the forthcoming Tenant Scrutiny Sessions taking place this month in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Kilmarnock.

Scrutiny of housing services by tenants and service users is not only an important part of performance management, it is now a regulatory requirement. It is more than just another tenant participation activity; it is a way of giving tenants and their representatives greater influence and ability to hold their landlord to account.

For that reason TIS are hosting informative and focussed ‘Tea Time Talk’ sessions, designed for tenants, housing staff, Elected Members and Board members, which are crucial to learn about the regulatory and scrutiny expectations, including what your role and responsibilities are.

1) Learn what YOU need to do to get organised in developing tenant scrutiny;
2) Gain knowledge of the latest developments and initiatives to assist you empower residents and develop your own unique approach to tenant scrutiny;

The sessions are £50 per head, which includes a FREE copy of the TIS Scrutiny Framework, session handout material and tea time refreshments.
