TIS members share the same values of nurturing tenant participation, finding creative approaches to encourage communities and housing organisations to work together, and ensuring engagement remains high on the national agenda.

Our diverse membership community – made up of housing associations and co-operatives, local authorities, tenant groups, federations, and other interested organisations sits at the heart of a growing national network. Together, we’re committed to strengthening tenant participation, championing collaboration between communities and housing providers, and keeping meaningful engagement firmly on Scotland’s national agenda.

We now represent over 255,000 homes across Scotland, in 28 out of 32 local authority areas, and we’re proud of the impact our members are making.
