Tenant member forum- safety

Come together with your membership community

Thursday 19th February
10am – 11:30am
Online via Zoom
Free event for members

This online Member’s Forum will explore what safe housing should look like, reflecting on recent lessons, ongoing risks, and the responsibility of landlords to put residents’ safety first.

The session will cover key legislation on health and safety and tenant participation, including Awaab’s Law, and feature a case study showing how tenants can get involved in improving tenant and resident safety within housing organisations. It will demonstrate how these elements come together in practice to make homes safer, with time for questions and discussion about the safety resources and support you would like going forward.

This event is free for tenants and residents who are TIS members and will take place online using Zoom.
