The TIS Rent Setting and Affordability event brings together housing colleagues and tenants from across Scotland to explore how you can get the most out of the upcoming programme of consultation. As the sector begins its annual review of rent levels and housing finance, this event offers a timely opportunity to share learning, hear from experts, and showcase examples of positive practice. Together, we will look at how housing organisations can work in partnership with tenants, residents, and communities to deliver effective consultations.
We’ll also discuss the wider context and the ongoing challenges of the cost-of-living crisis, affordability, poverty, exclusion, and tenant hardship.
