TIS is inviting applications for the position of Board Director.
We are currently seeking to recruit two landlord representatives from TIS member organisations to join the Board and help shape the future direction of the organisation. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting tenant participation in Scotland, contribute to strategic decision-making, and act as an ambassador for TIS.
The TIS Board is responsible for providing leadership, setting the strategic direction of the organisation, monitoring performance, and ensuring its long-term success. Board meetings are held approximately every seven weeks, with Directors also expected to participate in committee meetings, strategic planning activities, induction sessions, and ongoing training opportunities.
Becoming a TIS Board Director offers the chance to develop new skills, broaden your professional network, gain governance experience, and contribute to improving housing services and outcomes across Scotland.
