Development support

TIS currently manages three development support projects within East Ayrshire, East Lothian, and South Lanarkshire. These projects are a partnership between the Council, local tenant’s movement and TIS.

Our team work with the Council and tenants, together, to develop effective solutions and services.

How we can support you

These partnerships ensure that tenants are at the heart of consultation and participation approaches and have a meaningful role in scrutinising and shaping housing services.

Development staff assist tenants to address organisational efficiency and strategic objectives. Outreach staff develop local communities through support and training. Administration staff support the day to day organisation of the project.
